How to choose Radish: We need to choose the heavy one which means it has lots of juice inside the radish. And that represents the freshness of the radish. Try to find one with greens attached. The freshness of the radish shows on the greens too. If the green is dry & yellowish and seems dying, the radish will not be fresh enough neither.
